Click the link below to see details of our 3rd annual event, to be held this year in the Community Garden. Families welcome - bring some food and drink and something to sit on. We will have 3 barbeques and plenty of disposal plates, cups and cutlery.

The 3rd year and the best yet for sun and heat - massive heat if you spent any time tending the BBQ coals!
There will be pics posted in the next day or so but in the meantime thank you to everyone who came and made it such a super day, and thank you all for your raffle contributions. We raised £60 and I've sent off a cheque today to St Catherine's Hospice fundraising team.
And well done to our Good Neighbour of the year,OSCAR CALDERON-SANETRA and family (Plot 8), for keeping his neighbour’s raspberries weed-free!

Apologies for the delay in posting.
Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a super day, and a very hot one. Following pics courtesy of patc , jane and slugwash - thanks all for capturing them. If anyone does not wish their image to be shared please let me klnow and I will take it down immediately.
Special thanks to Cllr Jeffers who enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many plotholders outside of the formal atmosphere of meetings, and to Cllrs Hillier, Cheney, Mindin and de MiIerre who all contributed to the donation made to St Catherine's Hospice.
A happy day for families
Oscar and family being awarded the Best Neighbour prize by Councillor Jeffers
Raffle prizes waiting to be won
And the result: acknwledgment from St Catherine's Hospice of another excellent donation of £60
Three - or was it 4? - BBQs in operation providing a range of foods for all tastes and preferences
A great day for the community, brining together friends old and new and their families and friends all enjoying the weather and the Garden on our site.

It certainly was a lovely event... if a tad hot! But the food was excellent and the company good. Thanks to all that came. Oh and we got a mention in the Mid Sussex Times this week (Thursday 12/7/18)!
