murray re your remark by jeremy corbyn. quite a few prime ministers have had some things to say about allotments.
in the early sixties when kennady met harold macmillian he asked macmillian why did hitler during the second world war changed from bombing military targets to bombing the cities. macmillian replied "because dear boy ,hitler knew if he bombed our allotments the british people would have got really annoyed"

Let the moments spent at allotment gardens be especially pleasant for you"

Hi Murray,
Great work getting the forum up and running. I've just been reading the notes from the annual meeting. I couldn't make it this time unfortunately but hopefully next time. I like the photo's, its always good to see what other plot holders have grown. I will definately be adding a few of my own just as soon as it stops raining and I can get the camera out.
