As most of you are aware from notices posted on the sites and the minutes of the last meeting that there will be an Allotment Holders Meeting at the Town Hall next Monday 12th September at 7 pm. Since the last meeting in April there has been a new Allotments Policy developed, three rounds of inspections by site committees working with Helen Hewett, a wet spring, a hot August, car crashes, pest invasions, lots of new tenants finding their feet - all this and Brexit too!
Most of these things have been refelcted in discussion in this forum, but if there are other issues that you want to see raised at the meeting you can post them here and they can be formally included in the agenda, or you can bring your concerns to the meeting.

A brief thank you to the Town Clerk and Helen Hewett for organising the meeting, to Cllr Matt Jeffers for chairing it, and to all who attended for their whole-hearted participation. Its good to see this community growing (pun copyright Mr S Trice). Thanks also to Sylvia from Oathall Avenue for her generous sharing of seeds.
