Just a few ideas to improve the inspection process. My own thoughts so knock them down if you want. or add your own. 1. inspections should take place every two months without fail 2. The inspection should be done by councillors alone. If not councillors why not the three judges who judge the best kept allotment competion. 3. The results of that inspection should be put on the forum not any names but the number of warning letters and the number of evictions recommended. Also the names of the people who carried out the inspection and the date they did it. 4. The date of the next inspection to be given at the same time. 5.Previous warnings should be taken into account at all subsequent inspections. This stops serial offenders just doing enough to pass muster for the following inspection and then falling back into their old ways. 6.A fifty pound goodwill deposit be added to this years rent for all plot holders. this money to be returned when you give your plot up. Or you lose it if you are evicted
