Another lockdown and in the worst time of the year, when we don't even have the solace of the allotment for most of the time. But spring finally comes and we're ready for it.
Special thanks to those who've put in their time and love to the Garden over the winter. To Sylwia Wrobel for doing a wonderful job of pruning the fruit trees and the gooseberries, and to Oscar and Jo for the splendid gift of a very healthy looking blackcurrant bush, with buds already strongly formed. This year we must definitely net the fruit and keep the produce for the allotment holders, not the birds!
