all though i know longer do anything on the plot or any of the plots that was once
a private garden,i am proud that i was there at the beginning of the venture and
the result that it is now.
so anything that i write is really directed at these small band of vegetable
though anyone can feel free to join in.
while being involved in this venture i have found out one or two things, not the least
important that in the area where i live there are three people who have let people growing
use their back garden for vegetables.
you pays your money and you takes your choice i suppose.
The site is ablaze with runner bean flower and a flower that one sees less and less now .
the broad flower.
why people have stopped growing this wonderful vegetable i do not know or is it just
in this area that it is no longer grown as it was.
next to the runner bean it must be on the list as the most profitable to grow.
the returns for the space it takes up are well worth the growing.
Carrots are another one that are doing well on the plot.
we are pulling some very worthwhile sized ones.
I know that some people find them quite difficult to grow but I never had much difficulty
with them.
In the greenhouse the tomatoes are doing really well despite the weather
i have always grown the variety Alicante since it came out.
As i say i just do the suggesting now , about my limit now.
Good luck to you all
