Great to be able to announce that we will be holding 3 events in the Community Garden this year - all plotholders and families very welcome and we will always be pleased to see plotholders from the other Haywards Heath allotment sites and share hospitality with them. If anyone would like to help with arrangements as we get closer to the dates - and also to help out with keeping the Garden in good condition - please contact Murray, Andrew or Sylwia.

A beautiful morning and great to see so many people turning up, many just for a few minutes, some staying for a while. You were all very generous with the plants you gave to others and for your donations, which will be used for equipment to keep the Garden looking well. Special thanks for delicious edibles to Janette and Pat, and we've now set a high bar for weather standard for 2022...roll on BBQ time.

Just to update on this following the exceptionally hot weather in recent days. The forecast for Sunday is currently 24, sunny intervals with a cooling breeze. We will take precautions to minimise the risk of accidental fires caused by barbeques and of course advise everyone attending to bring bottled water and pay attention to protection against the heat. If there is any return to the conditions of Monday/Tuesday we will review. Hope to see lots of friends and neighbours on Sunday - any questions please DM.
Also - please post if you're planning to bring your own bbq grill. It would be helpful to know how many are available. Thanks.
